Join Shawano of Artful Healing for Rip, Tear & Release , a creative experience where you’ll use art to express emotions, release what you’re ready to let go of, and make space for something new.

Through guided reflection, intentional tearing, ripping, and collaging, you’ll transform pieces of paper into a personal expression of your journey. There’s no right or wrong way to create, no artistic experience needed, and absolutely no pressure to share your personal story with anyone.

This is your time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and give your emotions a place to go.
