About this event

Fit for Life is a FREE class designed to focus on increasing muscular strength, range of movement, balance, and coordination to help with everyday activities in life. Music, free weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a chair are used for the class. Tai chi is also included one day a week in this class. Come join our group!
