About this event
Screening in a new 4K restoration, Luchino Visconti's ravishing adaptation of Dostoyevsky's short story translates the romantic tale of a chance meeting between a lonely young man (Marcello Mastroianni, 8½) and a lovelorn young woman (Maria Schell) into a fog-shrouded black-and-white dream.
