GOVERNMENT NEWS

- ➤ OU football quarterback Michael Hawkins Jr. announced he will enter the transfer portal when it opens Friday. He played in nine games over two seasons, completing 62% of his passes for 950 yards, six touchdowns, and two interceptions. The Oklahoman
