- ➤ The sculpture Hazmatt now lounges outside the city’s Household Hazardous Waste Facility. Norman-based artists Ken Hall Jr. and Derek Vosten built the 20-foot-tall piece from decommissioned dumpsters using leftover funds from the HHWF Capital Project totaling just over $14,000. - ➤ Oklahoma voters will decide on State Question 832 in June, which would raise the minimum wage from $7.25 to $15 by 2029 (a move aimed at addressing living wage concerns). The Oklahoman
