EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The House Common Education Committee approved bills to limit screen time to one hour per day, boost weekly physical education to 150 minutes, and add firearm safety training in public schools. The bills will go to the Education Oversight Committee for further review. KGOU

GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ State records show that no state lawmaker has filed a bill to restore an annual Bedlam football game after Norman and Stillwater mayors discussed the idea, which they say could boost local economies. OU ended the series after 2023 and now plays non-conference games. News9

- ➤ Coach Skip Johnson has refreshed the OU baseball roster by returning opening day starter Cameron Johnson and *adding key transfers* as well as top freshman talent.
