  • OU Board of Regents will review proposed housing and food rate increases, a 23 million dollar budget for freshman housing improvements, and program changes including updates to the faculty appeals process during its meeting Tuesday at 9 a.m. at OU Health Campus, affecting Norman campus residential colleges and student meal plans.  OU Daily
  • Moore Norman Technology Center received an $825K grant from Boeing to fund an Advanced Visualization Immersive Development Lab for its aviation programs, a project that will boost hands-on aerospace education and strengthen local workforce pipelines.  The Norman Transcript

  • OU Board of Regents will meet Tuesday at 9 a.m. in Oklahoma City to consider contracts for football coaches — Deland McCullough and LaMar Morgan — along with a $5M facility upgrade at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium and a raise for analyst Xavier Brewer — his salary increasing from $109K to $250K.  The Oklahoman

SPORTS NEWS

  • Coach Gasso and the fourth-ranked OU softball team host a doubleheader today at Love's Field in Norman. Two games start at 2 p.m. CT and 5 p.m. CT and stream on SEC Network+ and Fubo with radio coverage on KEBC 1560 AM.  The Oklahoman
  • The OU Board of Regents will meet Tuesday to discuss a $5 million upgrade of Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium, review ticket policy updates, and consider football staff promotions. The board plans to request bonds for facility improvements + modern athletic programs.  OU Daily
  • OU softball coach Patty Gasso said third baseman Nelly McEnroe-Marinas tore her ACL in Sunday's game against Southeastern Louisiana and will miss the season (she will remain with the team as a coach). The Sooners will host the Okana Invitational this weekend in Norman.  The Oklahoman
