ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Wildfires on March 17th destroyed half the homes on a street near Lake Thunderbird, leaving one nearly untouched with only a broken window—neighbors and the Red Cross collected donations and offered shelter and supplies for those affected.  News9

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • On Monday, Cleveland County Commissioners passed a resolution to build frontage roads and access points if the proposed turnpike is built. About 85 protesters filled the courthouse meeting room and booed the unanimous vote as officials later issued a statement.  The Norman Transcript
