- ➤ Texas legislators cut funding for the Heartland Flyer—Oklahoma's only passenger train—yesterday, and Texas Rail Advocates say it will run its last ride on June 30. The cut may force commuters to add over 50,000 vehicles on the road each year and could lower tourism between the two states. News9

- ➤ Cleveland County is hosting a drive-thru prescription drug take-back event today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at four sites (the Health Department locations in Moore and Norman, the Absentee Shawnee Tribe Little Axe Health Center and the Norman Veterans Home) where residents can drop off unused or expired medication to help protect the environment. - ➤ The Oklahoma State Department of Health said there are 15 measles cases—12 confirmed and 3 probable—with one case in a person who was fully vaccinated and showed milder symptoms.
