- ➤ State lawmakers approved on May 2nd canceling plans to build a state-of-the-art inpatient mental health hospital at the Donahue Behavioral Health Campus in Oklahoma City amid massive cost overruns and delays—officials will use federal funds to purchase land and renovate an existing building to house 197 beds. The revised plan lowers capacity for children while adding beds for criminal defendants needing competency restoration services. KGOU
