- ➤ Norman police arrested 25-year-old Mark Shepherd after he was accused of attacking a 46-year-old woman with a sword at a Buddhist monastery and then shooting three relatives in Norman—killing a 55-year-old man while two survivors, including the injured woman now in critical condition, were hospitalized.
