- ➤ Mark Kottka, charged with first-degree murder for a road rage shooting on Main Street in 2023 that killed Christian Gurrola, appeared in court Monday at 9 a.m. as his attorneys argued self-defense though judges had denied his requests to dismiss or reduce the charges. News9
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Gov. Stitt signed a law to create business courts that will use judges with at least a decade of business law experience to handle complex commercial disputes. The new courts will speed up rulings and save tax money for schools and roads — a move that strengthens our legal system for future growth. The Oklahoman
