The 2025 Tinker Air Show will take place from June 28 to June 29 and will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds along with historic warbirds and modern aircraft in live demos and static displays.
Norman residents can enjoy high-speed jet routines, aerobatic demonstrations, and reenactments at this free event.

The Norman City Council approved seven AIM Norman comprehensive plans Tuesday after discussing a contract with the Cleveland County Economic Development Coalition.
The plans cover land use, housing strategy, water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation to guide Norman’s development for the next 25 years.

OU men's basketball player Jeremiah Fears was selected by the New Orleans Pelicans as the No. 7 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft on Wednesday in Brooklyn, marking the first top-10 pick from the Sooners since Trae Young (picked No. 5 in 2018).
Fears averaged 17.1 points per game during his breakout season in Norman.
