- ➤ Licensed child care facilities can now apply for the Oklahoma Strong Start Program — a three-year pilot that helps recruit and retain child care workers by offering free care for their children through the state subsidy program. The program is run by the Oklahoma Partnership for School Readiness in coordination with Oklahoma Human Services — and eligible employees can apply for benefits after facilities enroll online. KGOU
