- ➤ Pioneer Library System filed a lawsuit against the City of Norman and Norman Municipal Authority on Aug. 12 alleging breach of contract and negligence tied to the closure of Norman Public Library Central, which shut in November 2023 after mold was found in the building—four years after its opening.
