- ➤ Norman man Mark Kotka, accused in a 2023 road rage shooting on Main Street, is set to appear in court today at 9 a.m. — his attorneys claim self-defense while police say he was the aggressor. News9
- ➤ An 18-year-old man from Norman died when he lost control of his motorcycle on I-40 near the I-35 north on-ramp in Oklahoma City on August 24th at 2:24 p.m.—troopers said he was ejected over the barrier and pronounced dead at the scene. News9
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom will host Read an Accurate Ag Book Week from September 2nd to 5th to help students learn about true agriculture through reading. Teachers, librarians and youth groups like 4-H and FFA will participate to share books that show how food is grown—offering a real look at where their meals come from. News9
