Good morning, Norman.

OU’s Max Westheimer Airport and Will Rogers International Airport are preparing for an influx of fans ahead of the football game against Michigan on Saturday as airlines add temporary nonstop flights from Detroit and Grand Rapids.

Delta and Southwest will help ease travel for fans who plan to return home before the new week begins+ the added flights are expected to support increased regional travel over the busy weekend.

Oklahoma linebacker Kobie McKinzie said he is excited for the upcoming game against Michigan after a strong Week 1 and that the Sooners will fix communication mistakes before the game.

He also noted that he studied Michigan's freshman quarterback and praised the fans' energy as the team prepares to uphold Oklahoma's legacy in the rivalry game.

Trae Young was named as the celebrity guest picker for Saturday's ESPN College Gameday on OU's campus, joining Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit and others to set the tone for the game.
