- ➤ An all-you-can-eat Chick-fil-A is now available at Couch Restaurants on the OU campus at 333 3rd St.—It is the only location in Oklahoma that serves endless chicken sandwiches, nuggets, waffle fries and more for a set fee, with breakfast from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and it is closed on Sundays. - ➤ Head Start centers serving 2,500 children in Oklahoma risk losing federal funds if the government shutdown continues, as four programs will run out of money on Nov. 1. - ➤ The Farm Service Agency offices in Oklahoma reopened Thursday to resume core services like loan processing, disaster relief payments — and farm assistance payments as local offices staffed two employees five days a week amid the ongoing government shutdown.
