Saddle up for a fashion tribute to the rugged spirit of the west! Inspired by Charles Portis's True Grit, channel the grit and individuality of Mattie Ross and Rooster Cogburn as you craft your own western-style accessory. You'll design a one-of-a-kind bolo tie that reflects your frontier flair. This project was supported in part by the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with the Arts Midwest.
